Move over taco bowls, there’s a new Walking Taco in town! This Walking Taco is one of the many food items rolled out as part of the 50th anniversary celebration happening at Magic Kingdom.
While many of the 50th items are unable to be modified, this Taco comes deconstructed, and can be modified for a few allergens, which we’ll talk about below!
You can find this Walking Taco at Pecos Bill Tall Tall Inn in FrontierLand in Magic Kingdom. This is a quick service location, so reservations are not required. You can order this Taco for lunch or dinner! This is a limited time option and may not be available when you go.

Details and Allergens for the New Walking Taco at Pecos Bill in Magic Kingdom
This Taco comes deconstructed, meaning you get to assemble all of the ingredients.
It is ‘walking’ taco styled, very similar to the offers you might find at festivals and fairs. It features a Frito Scoops in a ‘walking taco’ bag (the top is cut off for access to the scoops, which you then walk around with!)
The Walking Taco Frito Scoops are made with corn, and are labeled Gluten Free. Disney cast then adds Beef Meat Mix (soy) and Cheese (dairy), then gives you the walking taco bag with the toppings on the side. The toppings included a single serve sour cream (dairy), single serve jalapenos, single serve salsa, and then lettuce and tomato in a serving boat.
You think mix it to your tastes, and walk around with your Disney-fied Walking Taco (but Pecos Bills has plenty of seating if you prefer that instead!)

Pecos Bill is located in Magic Kingdom in FrontierLand. This is a quick service location with an allergy menu and allergy coordinator, meaning your options of modifications are much higher since they have more to offer in the kitchen. Be sure to declare your food needs and ask to see ingredients before ordering.
