***As Always, please speak to a qualified restaurant employee when ordering food. In order to see the most accurate ingredients and risk assessment, you will need to confirm allergy safety in real-time. 3. Gluten Free Churros

Location: At Nomads Lounge in Animal Kingdom-we talk about the full menu and allergy options in this review! They come with 5 at a time, which is perfect for one person to enjoy as they are smaller.
Notes: These are made in a dedicated fryer, and come with two dipping sauces.
The new dipping sauce is a Coffee Crema (I did not enjoy it) and the classic Vanilla.
2. Gluten Free Dole Whip

Location: this one is from the Polynesian Resort but you can find Dole Whip all throughout the parks! At Magic Kingdom, grab dole whip from Aloha Isle, at EPCOT you can typically find it as a Festival Offering, at Disney Springs at ‘Sips on the Water’, and at Animal Kingdom at Tamu Tamu.
All Dole Whips are labeled Gluten Free on the packaging. Let staff know about your food needs when ordering so they can prevent cross contact.
While this is ‘plain’ it is a great option for cooling off and very quick to access.
1. Gluten Free Beignets (secret menu!)

Location: Port Orleans French Quarter Resort- Scat Cat’s Club Cafe. It’s not listed on the menu so you’ll need to ask for them.
Dedicated Fryer? Yes!
Notes: You can stay at this resort, drive up to this resort, take the boat here from Disney Springs, or take the bus from any park. I prefer to take the bus from EPCOT because it is SO close to the entrance, making it a quick and fun trip for beignets before heading back to the park.
