Must Eat Gluten Free Snacks at Disney World

Quick Note: Disney uses the phrase “Gluten Friendly” and many times it’s not actual good for those who need strict Gluten Free. Always chat with the staff and let them know your level of comfort.

Gluten Free Onion Rings

Location: Disney Springs, Raglan Road (table service) and Cookes of Dublin (quick serve)

Dedicated Fryer: Yes

Notes: Supply changes have been happening a lot with these items, be sure to ask for ingredients and procedures.

Reservations Required? Only at Raglan Road. Cookes of Dublin is walkup.

Where can you find it – these are in one of two places in Disney Springs. Find the full review and menu for your next trip!

Gluten Free Brownie Ice Cream Sundae

Location: Hollywood Scoops at Hollywood Studios (by Tower of Terror)

Allergen Procedures: ask to talk with someone about the allergen procedures. (we use ‘allergy’ at Disney World for gluten free items). Let them know you’d like the Gluten Free Brownie Sundae, and if they could please scoop the ice cream from a new container with a new scoop.

The brownie brand is typically ‘Sweet Street’ certified GF.

Reservations Required? Nope! This is a walk up

Gluten Free Churros

Old Churros Display.

Location: At Nomads Lounge in Animal Kingdom-we talk about the full menu and allergy options in this review! They come with 5 at a time, which is perfect for one person to enjoy as they are smaller.

Notes: These are made in a dedicated fryer, and come with two dipping sauces.

The new dipping sauce is a Coffee Crema (I did not enjoy it) and the classic Vanilla.

Gluten Free Dole Whip

Location: this one is from the Polynesian Resort but you can find Dole Whip all throughout the parks! At Magic Kingdom, grab dole whip from Aloha Isle, at EPCOT you can typically find it as a Festival Offering, at Disney Springs at ‘Sips on the Water’, and at Animal Kingdom at Tamu Tamu.

All Dole Whips are labeled Gluten Free on the packaging. Let staff know about your food needs when ordering so they can prevent cross contact.

While this is ‘plain’ it is a great option for cooling off and very quick to access.

Gluten Free Beignets (secret menu!)

Location: Port Orleans French Quarter Resort- Scat Cat’s Club Cafe. It’s not listed on the menu so you’ll need to ask for them.

Dedicated Fryer? Yes!

Notes: You can stay at this resort, drive up to this resort, take the boat here from Disney Springs, or take the bus from any park. I prefer to take the bus from EPCOT because it is SO close to the entrance, making it a quick and fun trip for beignets before heading back to the park.

There’s so many more options! See all the safe eats at each of the parks below!

Magic Kingdom

Hollywood Studios (including Galaxy’s Edge)
