Finding snacks at Disney World when you have food restrictions is a lot easier when you know where to look! Disney has something called the ‘Snacks with Character’ Line. This line is friendly for many allergies and restrictions, and is available at multiple places throughout Disney World.
My family loves these snacks! Many of them are rebranded from other Allergy Brands, and feature the same safe snacks we love with our favorite Disney Characters on the front!
Can you find the Snacks with Character Line at all Four Disney World Parks?
Yes! You’ll find the Snacks with Character Allergy Friendly Line at all of the Disney World Parks. Most of the time they are in the shops at the front of the park and the bakeries. Ask the Cast Members for the ‘allergy friendly snacks’ if you are unable to locate them.
Is the Snacks with Character line at Disney World Gluten Free?
Yes, The entire line is currently Gluten Free. While Disney might change this in the future (and you should always check in person) this is a safe certified gluten free option for most folks in the gluten free community. See all the ingredients and labels below.
Have the Enjoy Life Products returned to the Snacks with Character Line? No, they haven’t. It’s been almost a year since those were spotted and we aren’t sure when or if they will return.

It’s super important to note that not all options above will always be gluten free. We learned this the hard way when we had a several different items actually *not* gluten free.

What if they brand you need is not on the shelves?
It is pretty common to find that the snacks are not on the shelf, especially at the end of the night! These are some of the only allergy friendly labeled snacks inside the parks and are popular with guests.
You’ll want to find a cast member and ask them to check it they have more available. Explain that it is “important as these are the only snacks I can have at Disney due to my allergies”. Kindness goes a long way so try to stay patient and consider asking more than one person if you get told “no”.
What about the Enjoy Life Products?
There were several Top 14 Allergen Free Products in the Snacks with Character Line that were produced by Enjoy Life Cookies. We reported that these had disappeared from the shelves at the beginning of the year.
These included the Protein Bites, Mini Cookies, Oval Bars, Seed and Nut Mix, and Chocolate Bars.
Enjoy Life shared this update on their website that the Mini Cookies would be discontinued. None of the other items have this notice.
