Review: Spain, the Completely Gluten Friendly Booth at Food and Wine

Save this post for later

The Spain booth is the unsung hero of the Food and Wine festival… but not for the food! It’s because of the location. This is one of a few outdoor lines that is in the shade, located at the back of world showcase so it has less of a line, and near quite a few benches.

The food is good though, and that’s what we’re here to talk about! Specifically the allergen details.

Three Gluten Free Options at EPCOT’s Food and Wine Festival Spain Booth Review

Note, none of these can be modified as they are premade.

Charcuterie with a selection of imported Spanish Meats, Cheeses, Olives, and an Herbed Vinaigrette (Gluten/ Wheat Friendly). This option was VERY cheesy.

Paella with Rice, Chorizo, and Shrimp (Gluten/ Wheat Friendly). Likely the most balanced option with good flavoring. It was truly a “mini” dish and not an appetizer salad.

Seafood Salad with Shrimp, Bay Scallops, Mussels, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, White Balsamic Vinegar, and Smoked Paprika (Gluten/ Wheat Friendly). This was very olive heavy with a good mix of seafood. This was my personal favorite.
