Over in the Germany Pavilion lies a hidden treat, Biergarten! This Disney Owned Restaurant is tucked at the back of the Pavillion and features live authentic music and ambiance.
Not only is this an all you can eat Buffet with incredible value, but it’s also easy to get a reservation (a win/win in my book!)
While you’re here at EPCOT, see the EPCOT Food Allergy Guide for reviews, tips and recommendations of the food here. Another close by Table Service location that I recommend is Coral Reef, and also the Maple Popcorn at the entrance to Canada is a delightfully sweet find!

⭐ If this is your First Time to Disney World, you’ll want all the insider tips and done for you plans found in the Food Allergies at Disney World Made Easy Guide , If you’ve been here before and just need the best places to eat and snacks, see the Touring Plan and Snack Guide. Just Gluten Free? There’s a guide for that too!

***As Always, please speak to a qualified restaurant employee when ordering food. In order to see the most accurate ingredients and risk assessment, you will need to confirm allergy safety in real-time. Biergarten Allergy Menu
This is a Buffet, and Disney Buffets are different that other locations. They do hand out the sheet featured below, and you can also request to talk to a Chef about getting items from the back (to avoid Cross Contact)
The Top 9 allergens as recognized by Disney are: Wheat/Gluten (listed together, ask in person for specifics!), Dairy/Milk, Soy (typically soy protein, sometimes leaves out lecithin and oil from menus), Egg, Peanut/Treenut (listed together, ask in person for specifics!), Fish/Shellfish (listed together, ask in person for specifics!). As of 2023, they are adding Sesame to new menus and menu updates.

Biergarten Food Allergy Review November 2022
Big Shoutout to my Partner for going to review Biergarten for me! While they do have some Soy Free items, this is not at the top of my list for Soy Allergies. Mr. MouseEarMemories is only managing a Gluten/Shellfish restriction and had a blast here!
For starters, the Bloomfield Farms allergy Friendly Rolls were available. These are made in a dedicated gluten free facility on a dedicated line, and labeled free from top 8 allergens. (only available commercially- so sad!) Biergarten had butter (contains milk) or Soy Free Earth Balance (no top 8 allergens).
Next up was the Buffet. My Husband spoke to a Chef who brought the items from the back to avoid cross contact.

For dessert, a tray of certified gluten free fan favorites! The Brownie and Cookie are Gluten and Nut free (contain Dairy, Soy, Egg). The Enjoy Life cookies are top 14 free in a dedicated facility.

Final Thoughts
This is a great location, easy to get to, easy to get reservations, great value, Disney Owned, Clear Allergy Menu, with options for everyone! 9/10 recommend
