Dealing with one allergen at Disney World is somewhat easy… but having more than one ‘must avoid’ food makes things complicated!
So it’s always a joy to find options that fit more than one allergy!
Come on over to Woody’s LunchBox Quick Serve in Hollywood Studios for the best gluten free and dairy free sandwich on property! It’s served for lunch and dinner, and comes with a choice of side.
Let’s talk Allergy Friendly Grilled Cheese
This is a bit of a hike, as it’s located at the very back of the park, so I recommend this option for dinner or a late lunch. Going in the ‘off’ times (so not at noon or five oclock) is often easier for allergies too!
The Grilled Three Cheese Sandwich is actually only one cheese. The brand of cheese used is Daiya (wish they had violife, as that really melts well, but this is what we’ve currently got) and for bread there is Udi’s Brand Gluten Free.
I highly recommend you add this to your list if you’re headed to Hollywood Studios, and also make sure to check out the new Galaxy’s Edge offerings (quite a few allergy friendly options too!)
This grilled cheese does contain coconut and egg.
At a price of 8.99, this is a great option for a meal. It does come with a full sandwich (they cut it in half to serve it to you!) and a side. Side options include oranges and baked potato barrels (so they aren’t fried!) The tomato soup available does have dairy, but it is gluten free.
Overall, this is one of our favorite places to eat at Hollywood Studios, and you can see the other allergen offerings at Woody’s LunchBox.
