A classic since we first discovered this option in 2019, the Kringla Cafe in Norway has a delectable Gluten Friendly treat in the World Showcase!

There are a few allergy friendly options in the Kringla Bakery… and you can ask for the allergen list to confirm ingredients! Like the Egg free Pretzels and the corn free Lefse.

But today we’re talking Gluten Free Rice Cream dessert!

***As Always, please speak to a qualified restaurant employee when ordering food. In order to see the most accurate ingredients and risk assessment, you will need to confirm allergy safety in real-time. This is my personal experience, I am not employed or endorsed by companies or brands mentioned.***

This item is labeled gluten friendly, but does contain milk, soy, cinnamon and corn starch. It is also produced in a facility that has peanut and treenuts (Almost all items here have a nut CC warning!). Previously it contained Red Dye #40, but it now lists ‘vegetable juice’ as the coloring on the strawberry sauce!

The rice cream is a rice base with a strawberry topping. It is premade so it cannot be modified. Current price is 3.79 for this cute little cup!

square option available in 2021. Not sure if the portion is smaller… but it does seem that way!

other delicious items here? The Voss Water. Arguably my favorite water on property, I prefer this over the commonly found disani and it’s cheaper than smart water!
