Review of the Erin Mckenna’s Bakery Gingerbreads
Hello little gingerbreads, we meet again! This is the 5th or 6th year I’ve gotten the privilege of eating at Erin Mckenna’s during the Holiday Time! They have lots of great options available besides the gingerbreads (And I did get a pumpkin shaped sugar cookie) but today we are talking about the yummy holiday treats.
Surprise- this year, the cookies are ridiculously soft. In the best way as the cookie didn’t fall to pieces in the bag BUT it did break apart nicely when I bit into it! Flavor wise, it tastes like home. Lots of balance ‘spice’ with a softer cookie. Obviously it’s got a ‘gluten free’ flavor- but since I can’t remember what gluten tastes like this is delicious to me as is!
I loved the detail on the cookies. I choose a more traditional icing, but they had a lot of fun designs!
Cookie price was 6 dollars.
In the past, the cookie were available at the Grand Floridian Resort. They are not available this year, but Grand Flo does still have allergy cookies for sale.
