Resturantasaurus Food Allergy Menu Review for Animal Kingdom

Step into the wild side as this super cute Dino Themed quick serve! Over in DinoLand USA, we’ve the standard american fare at Resturantasaurus.

But arguably, the best part of this restaurant is not the food, it’s the theming. I’m obsessed with how original the theming is, and we love eating here just to check out all the dinosaur stuff!

Looking for the best places to eat in a quick and easy to read PDF? Head over to the Touring Plan where you’ll find an updated list of options at each park, including sweet treats (with allergen info!)

Food Allergy Menu Options at Restaurantosaurus (Gf/Wf,Sf,Df, Ef, Pn/Tn Free, Fish/Shellfish free)

***As Always, this is my personal experience. You should check with Restaurant Staff to see if these items are available for You and Your food needs.

You’ll find everything here, from Hotdogs and Cheeseburgers, to Chicken Tenders, Cobb Salads and Breaded Shrimp. There’s also options like Cheese Fries, Impossible Spicy Burger, and Fried Chicken.

Not all of it is Allergy Friendly, but much of it can be modified to meet your needs.

There’s allergy friendly buns, fries in a dedicated fryer, gluten free mac and cheese and allergy friendly chicken tenders.

Our Favorite Allergy Friendly Options

We love restaurantosaurus for some easy Burgers on allergy buns (either Bloomfield brand top 8 or Udi’s brand top 7 that contains egg).

You’ll also find the super cute buckets that come with the kids meals. I assume it’s to take them to the dig area in the Dino play area, but the play area already comes with buckets and shovels!

This not the *most* allergy friendly option (that would currently be Satu’li Canteen, Pizzafari, and Harambe Market), but like Flame Tree BBQ there is at least one item on the menu for every top allergens and a chef that can help you navigate ingredients.

(and for the very best burger on property, you’ll want to look outside the parks at Disney Springs D-Luxe Burger!)
