Like everyone else, I’m totally obsessed with Encanto… and this was the first booth I beelined it to on EPCOT’s first day of Festival of the Arts!
The booth, which previously held the Jewish eat’s for Festival of the Holiday’s, was all decked out in Encanto colors and images.
Plus there was labeled gluten friendly options (two to be exact!) and who can’t say no to gluten free dessert?
As a reminder, festival booths have a big risk of cross contact because they are prepared in outside kitchens and then bussed in. Please take that into consideration when ordering and speak to a qualified Cast Member/Manager before ordering. I’m not employed by Disney! If you need permanent EPCOT options, head over to EPCOT with dietary needs.
Encanto Booth Offerings, gluten free, dairy free, egg free, soy free, nut free
Spicy Ajiaco Soup with guajillo and árbol chili-spiced chicken, potato, avocado, corn, and crème fraîche
No soy. No gluten. No egg. Yes dairy. No nuts.
This soup was SPICY. Like I took a bite, had to take a bite of the mousse, then take another bite of the soup. It was very good and hearty. I was full after just the soup and the mousse!
Passion fruit mousse with dragon fruit jam. No nuts. No gluten. Yes dairy, soy lethicin/protein(mixed messages there), egg.
Very (VERY) sweet! It had a wonderful mousse texture and I loved the dragon fruit jam on the inside. The only thing I hated was the wafer! It looked so cute and the flavor+ consistency was like eating paper glued to chocolate.
Coconut and passion fruit smoothie- gluten free, dairy free, soy free. Yes treenuts. Yes Corn.
The tiny sip I had of this was very good- it’s similar to the permanent blue/green milk offerings over in Galaxy’s Edge in Hollywood Studios.
This is my favorite reusable cup, and I’m headed back just to get this again!
I can tell that this is going to be my favorite booth this year at the festival of the arts, and I’m so happy to see some yummy gluten free items this year.
