Quick Info about Erin Mckenna’s Gluten Free Bakery at Disney Springs

Erin Mckenna’s in Disney Springs is Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Soy Free, and Egg Free. They can also accommodate Corn Free options with advanced notice.

What about Erin Mckenna’s in Disney Springs Nut Free? Per Erin Mckenna’s posted signs, they are technically nut free, but due to FDA’s classification on Coconuts, they cannot claim nut free status as they use Coconut in the bakeries.

The bakery is 100% Peanut Free, but they do use a flour from Bob’s Red Mill that is processed on shared Treenut equipment including almonds, pecans, walnuts, hazelnuts, macadamia nuts and cashews. While Bob’s Red Mill uses strict allergen procedures, some people feel that this is out of their comfort zone.

The Best items from Erin McKenna’s Gluten Free Bakery Disney Springs

Erin Mckenna’s is a crowd pleaser, and some options are better than others! Here’s the top 7 favorites.

7. Kitchen Sinks

Several folks have mentioned the Kitchen Sinks, and I’m also a fan! These do tend to sell out earlier in the day, and sometimes they can be very dry (as they are the leftover product from the days before).

But the good news is that there are packed full of treats, and reasonably priced!

6. Pineapple Upside Down Cake

I’ve never been able to try this personally (hello pineapple allergy!) but this little cake gets rave reviews! Plus side, it’s a bigger serving and I’ve never heard anything bad about it (haven’t tried it with a pineapple allergy!)

5. Thin Mints

Maybe your like me and millions of others who grew up with girl scout cookies, but thin mints were my jam as a kid! So it’s a good thing Erin McKenna’s does a bang up job with their own allergy friendly thin mints (they are so good it literally time travels you to better times).

4. Whoopie Pies

My number one request on the ‘is it any good list’ is the Whoopie Pies. I get so many questions about these little pies (And so many comments about how good they are!).

Super creamy, bigger than Whoopie Pies you find in the store, and sometimes with seasonal flavors, these are a win!

3. Coffee Cake/ Lemon Tea Cake

Number three starts the ‘These might be sold out when you stop by’ section of favorites at Erin McKennas!

The Tea Cakes, which come in several flavors, are ridiculously good. They are very moist and heavy, with perfectly balanced flavors! If there’s an item you want to get for breakfast, I’d absolutely recommend these tea cakes!

2. Ice Cream Cookie Sandwich

New this year, and worth every dollar (of which they are many) is the Ice Cream Cookie Sandwich. It’s perfection and so big you can split it with a friend (or risk brain freeze for yourself, but like I said #worthit).

  1. Donuts

If there’s one thing most people can agree on, it’s the donuts. These are loved by many folks, including those who don’t need to eat gluten free or vegan or any of the above. Erin McKenna’s just makes a really good classic donut! 10/10 recommend!
