In what is a new series here at MouseEarMemories, we’ve got another mislabeled item.
One of my favorite things to do is read items to see what allergens are present, and to ask for allergens sheets on new or seasonal items (as they often take a week or more for them to be available).
So I’m checking this Mousse at Roaring Fork, and after reading through it three times, I knew it was either a hidden gluten friendly item, or a dangerously mislabeled item that should have a wheat warning.
See the pictures below for this issue.

The Humphrey Beehive Mousse at Roaring Fork is mislabeled somewhere
The issue is always knowing where the mislabeling has occurred. For this item, there is no wheat or cake ingredient listed on the label, yet there is clearly a cake. Then on the allergy sheet that the Cast Members and the Chefs have, there is a wheat warning.
Wheat Warning on this sheet

No Wheat Warning on this ingredient label

In this image you can clearly see that there is a cake with the mousse on top.

I did escalate this to the staff at Roaring Fork, and did a follow up with the front desk who assured me they would be reprinting the ticket within the next 24 hours. If your at Roaring Fork soon, check on the mousse and let me know!
