Review of Minnie’s Holiday Dine at Dinner

I grabbed a last minute reservation in Mid November (though I do recommend you do your reservations in advance!) and had a delightful meal.

My Server brought out the Allergy Guide and started to walk me through it, I let her know I wasn’t comfortable eating straight from the Buffet (you can learn more in how I manage Buffets at Disney Here) and she was able to request the Chef.

The Chef and I went through my allergies list, and talked about options. We decided on a full plate (but I did request “less” food, because this is one location that will bring out Plates and Plates of items!)

Chef brought out a Beautiful Display, and a side of Noodles. I also talked about Dessert while Chef was there getting my Dinner Requests (and I’d recommend you order Dessert here too, so it doesn’t get forgotten about!)

Dessert was this Allergy Friendly Brownie that I’ve enjoyed many times now. It does have a “dougher” consistency, but it is not too chewy (and also not hard, it’s always had some softness to it!). You can request Dairy Ice Cream or Soy Based Ice Cream if you’d like!

    Another Successful Character Meal!

Just keeping this here for my records, I do love to see how the menus change over the years 🙂

Hollywood and Vine Holiday Dine Allergy Review 2022

This is a Buffet, and with any Buffet, Disney has a disclaimer that there is significant cross contact. You are able to use the allergy sheet to talk to a Chef and have the items brought from the back, so that is what we did!

You can see more about dining at Buffets at Disney World in this full guide post.

For starters we had Rolls with Butter.

This was followed by several items we selected from the menu that the Chef brought out.

Lastly, Dessert! This is a top 8 friendly cake made in house with allergy procedures. The Base is Bob’s Red Mill Flour.
