In Disney World’s Newest Land, we’ve got some delicious eats! Not only are there lots of little snack options, but there’s an entire quick serve eatery.

Everyone was so excited when they came out with all of these themed foods- I mean, Docking Bay 7 has some crazy cool eats! And I’m super excited to see what they add to the new Star Wars Hotel in terms of food options.

It’s been over a year, plus a shutdown in 2020, plus a few menu changes. Let’s look at the updates for this eatery and what to expect going into 2022.

***As Always, please speak to a qualified restaurant employee when ordering food. In order to see the most accurate ingredients and risk assessment, you will need to confirm allergy safety in real-time. This is my personal experience, I am not employed or endorsed by companies or brands mentioned.***

If you want to see all of the food options at Galaxy’s Edge, like the Milk stand, and the popcorn etc, you’ll find that in this allergy friendly review.

Right now, we’re going to talk only about the quick serve, Docking Bay 7!

Food Allergy Options at Docking Bay 7 in late 2021

The menu has changed quite a bit… they removed the shrimp salad… so the go to Allergy Meal (For Top 8 allergens) is now the Fried Tip Yip.

The Fried Tip Yip is a Breaded Chicken breast. The Breading is made with Rice Flour, Corn Starch and Paprika. I did not have any glutamate issues with this meal!

It’s served with rice and broccoli.

Other Allergy Friendly Options include the Bantuuan Beef (not for soy or fish/shellfish, but friendly for other top allergens) and the Endorian Chicken Salad (modified it’s safe for all top allergens).

Food Allergy Review late 2019/early 2020

Normally I do dated reviews- but since I’ve been twice I’m going to mix them together.

The restaurant is a little hard to get to (honestly the whole land kinda turns you around like a tourist- not a lot of guide signs) so use the app to find it. This is indoors and should NOT be confused with the small eatery, Ronto Roasters. You will also NOT find Blue and Green Milk here- you’ll get that at the Milk Stand.

How cool was this allergy receipt I got from the Black Spire Outpost at Docking Bay 7!

Both times I went we grabbed the surabat shrimp + Noodle salad (also known as the Yoshrimp Noodle Salad). This is a Top 7 friendly treat. Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Soy Free, Egg Free, Peanut Free, Treenut Free and Fish Free. Obviously Contains Shrimp.

It’s a tad on the spicy side, so I order a Kid’s meal to get it ‘unspiced’.

Allergen menu’s are on the tablets- which I have a love-hate relationship with.

Food Allergy Menu

As Always- You need to speak with a Chef and confirm options and ingredients- but I know you do this, because you have allergies and this is the life we live. #labelcheckinglife

For one- they DO have breakfast until 10 am. I wasn’t able to order- but I did speak with the chef about options and checked the allergy menu. Gluten is a non-issue, so it peanut, treenut, shellfish and fish. If you have allergies to eggs and soy, your options are limited. With Dairy- it’s almost impossible. He said there was Dairy in 90% of what they served for BREAKFAST.

For two- the names are hella misleading and they have more options than this available. They tried to be cute and it kinda backfired.
