While the Disney Wish is only a few months old, there are already prepared with Dairy Free items and substitutions. There are multiple restaurants on The Disney Wish, and all of them have an Allergy Menu or the option to make Dairy Free Foods. Lets cover those in detail below and give examples of the allergy menus so you know what to expect.

***As Always, please speak to a qualified restaurant employee when ordering food. In order to see the most accurate ingredients and risk assessment, you will need to confirm allergy safety in real-time. This is my personal experience, I am not employed or endorsed by companies or brands mentioned.***
Rotational Dining
In the evenings, the dining options are chosen for you. There are three options, and you will rotate through the dining options keeping the same waitstaff and table number. On my cruise, we were table 216, and we started in the Marvel Dining room, then Arrendale, then 1923.
Breakfast and Lunch are not rotational.
Preordering Food
You can preorder your meals ahead of time with your waitstaff and they will give the information to the Chef. I preordered every meal, but with several allergies, mine wasn’t very quick at Dinner (much quicker at breakfast and lunch). Learn more about preordering in the Disney Cruise FAQ

Dairy Free Breakfast and Lunch Menus on the Disney Wish
should note that lunch is at Marceline Market (or Castaway Cay). Marceline Market didn’t have an allergy menu for lunch, so I preordered a few options and let them decide the rest. I didn’t get to dine at 1923, but that is the preferred lunch option if you allergy is severe.
