Crystal Palace Food Allergy Menu (magic kingdom) Gf/Wf, Df, Sf, Ef, Pn/Tn

The first review of the new year, and it was ‘just ok’. Safe boring food, served to me from the back by a Chef (because it was a buffet), without characters!

Crystal Palace has changed a lot since my last review in 2019… I’m pretty sad they got rid of the top 8 allergy friendly brownies and replaced it with (you guessed it!) raspberry sorbet.

Besides the fact that I never want to hear the words “we have raspberry sorbet” ever again, the meal was easy to order, and I would recommend this place if the other top options at Magic Kingdom are booked!

For reference, I love Skipper Canteen and The Plaza, plus Tony’s is a good fall back option. You can see every review for Magic Kingdom over on this Ultimate Guide for Magic Kingdom Food Allergies.

Allergy Menu for Crystal Palace

At a glance there’s salad options, several meat entrees without any allergens, allergy friendly rolls, several veggie options, and *raspberry sorbet*. Menu’s can and do change without notice ( Crystal Palace just recently switched back to a buffet) so double check in real time!

My Review of a Gluten Free, Soy Free, Nut Free, Egg Free, Sea Free (plus easily modified for Dairy!)

Come in with low expectations and you’ll never leave disappointed! That’s how I felt when making the reservations, as the allergy menu options are not currently listed on the app.

But ever the optimist, I had a great meal, got to speak with two chef’s and had a very understanding server.

They give you this guide in case you are interested or comfortable with selecting your items directly from the buffet.

I asked for the items to be delivered from the back to avoid cross contact. I selected easy items that didn’t need modifications and I was in and out in 35 minutes (because time at Disney is literally money!)

Pictured here is the Prime Rib, Braised Beef Brisket, Mushrooms and Green Beans (free of all top 8 allergens).

The Mac and Cheese contained Dairy and was Amy’s Brand. The “Walt’s Mash Potatoes” also contained Dairy.

There were no rolls as they were out of stock, and I opted to forgo the *raspberry sorbet* that’s offered everywhere because… it’s offered everywhere.

This is a cute options if your looking for a sit down in the A/C kinda meal, but at 39 for adults and 29 for kids, I would much prefer one of the other sit down options at Magic Kingdom!
