Tucked inside the colonial ages in Magic Kingdom, you’ll find a quick serve called Columbia Harbour House, which offers a good food allergy menu for most allergies. But let’s look at the details…
So this is not one of our favorite places to eat because of my husband’s shellfish allergy. If you have a seafood/shellfish allergy, I wouldn’t advise that you eat here. (They don’t advise it, either.)
But for most other allergies, especially peanut or tree nut, it is a fun place to grab some food and has some great options.

What does Magic Kingdom have to offer?
You can see all of the Magic Kingdom quick service allergen menus for future reference, but Magic Kingdom is by far the best when it comes to allergies.
And not only do they have some delicious table service restaurants like Skippers Canteen, The Plaza and Tony’s, but they also have some fun character meals like Crystal Palace!
But if Magic Kingdom isn’t your place to eat, consider checking out one of the monorail resorts that you can get to in less than 10 minutes from the parks. They have lots of allergy friendly options that you can find listed here.
Columbia Harbour House Food Allergy Menu
For gluten and wheat allergies, you’ve basically got two options: salmon or chicken. Kids have a couple more, and your dessert options are a brownie or a chocolate chip cookie.
You’ll find that the options basically repeat themselves for egg and milk allergies. For soy, I hope you like fish! But for peanut and tree nut allergies, you’ve got the pick of the litter, which is really nice.
But unfortunately, your options are next to none with shellfish/seafood allergies. Columbia Harbour House has a nautical, seaside theme, so seafood is their speciality.
So if you’re like my husband and cannot do shellfish or seafood, you’re better off checking out other options in Magic Kingdom. There are plenty that have seafood/shellfish allergy-friendly options!
If you’ve been here before, let us know what your experience was like! It may not be our favorite, but if you don’t have shellfish/seafood allergies in your family, you’ll probably find some good options!
