Burger Kitchen Food Allergy Options at LEGOLAND Orlando

Located smack in the middle of LEGOLAND Orlando is Burger Kitchen, an easy-to-find quick serve with food allergy options. You’ll pass Granny’s Apple Fries on the way in, and it’s less than 5 minutes from Panini Grill the newly rebranded Deli Takeover (That was formally panini grill)

It was nice to eat here because they had a lot of seating, it had its own restrooms, and there were safe things for us to eat on the menu! There are some pretty decent allergy options at LEGOLAND and I was impressed.

Burger Kitchen is a great place to grab some eats, and has a lot of similar options to what you’ll find at the Beach n Brick in the LEGOLAND waterpark.

IF you are looking for a sit down restaurant- you’ll need to head to the LEGOLAND resort to eat at Skyline lounge. They had options for top 8 plus- and many things on the menu.

No breakfast either. Those odds are slim unless you eat at Bricks or Shipwreck restaurant in the resort.

Recommended Allergy Friendly Eats at Burger Kitchen LEGOLAND Florida

New 2021 review for Burger Kitchen! They’ve rebranded the options to be more a firefighter style… with old favorites with a new name!

There’s Trainee’s Chicken Tenders and Dispatch Jr. Cheeseburger for the kids meals.

And then Cheeseburgers, Chicken Sandwiches, Veggie Burger, and Fish n Chips on the regular menu!

The allergy bun offered was Udi’s brand which is free from 7 top allergens and contains egg.

We grabbed the Burger on an Udi’s bun (and with the removal of the regular bun which contains wheat and soy) we had a top 7 allergy friendly meal. This burger was free from gluten, dairy, soy, nuts, and sea.

Old 2020 Review below:

The dedicated fryer is gluten free–so fries are a go if you tolerate the canola oil. There’s also a gluten free bun. It has egg, but no sesame or any other top 8 allergens (it does have corn, though). They do have fish but NO shellfish on the menu.

For the majority of people you can get a burger with the allergen friendly bun (or no bun at all) with fries or fruit!

Ordering Allergy Friendly Food at Burger Kitchen

When you get to Burger Kitchen, you’ll ask for the allergen binder. (I have pictures below but you’ll always want to double check!) You will also want to talk to a manager.

They do have a dedicated allergy friendly fryer that is only for the fries!

And as far as the burgers go, they are pretty easy to modify. They don’t come with drinks (only fries) and you can get a cup of fruit with the kids meal.

Allergy Menu and Ingredients

The allergen binder lists ingredients for each item and tells you which allergens they contain.

There’s also a chart that lists which allergens each food item has, which comes in handy as well.
