Last year, Disney introduced options for talking to a Chef while eating around the World Showcase. This was helpful for learning information about specific allergens and asking about procedures.
New this year, we have an actual Allergy Guide! Inside the app, type into the Search Bar, ‘Allergy Friendly Food and Wine’ and then click on the Menu.
Inside you’ll find over 80 (!!!!!) options with Allergen Labels. Here’s a look at some of the options you’ll find inside.

How to get to the Food and Wine Allergy Menu in the MyDisneyApp
Type in ‘Allergy Friendly’ Food and Wine, and select the first option for the EPCOT Allergy Friendly Menu. Then click the menu to see more than 80 options.
Look inside the MyDisneyExperience app with the Food Allergy Options
Inside, every booth that is owned by Disney World has Allergy Information available. Those third party booths will typically have the menus at the booth, like they have in years past.
This is so helpful for us to be able to know where to go.
More importantly, we can see options that may include Cross Contact to ask about, or avoid while at the Booths.
