Disney World uses a lot of different products in their allergen-friendly productions and it’s helpful to have a reference point when we talk about these items (especially if you are coming from another country or haven’t used these products at home!)
One of these products in the maker, Bob’s Red Mill, which is known for being gluten-free and having quite an assortment of products for those that are avoiding certain foods.
Bob’s Red Mill gluten free flour and mix is used in a number of different ways, from Mickey Waffles, to the famous Beignets, to different creations around the resort. It’s also used by the infamous, Erin Mckennas Bakery, which is a dedicated gluten free bakery that is also safe for many other allergens!
It’s important to see the allergen warnings for Bob’s Red Mill flours, as many people are ok with possible cross contamination, many people aren’t.
