We’re back with another holiday and another Disney Parks foodie guide! The info below is just for Disney World, and I’m not aware of an allergy reporter for Disneyland.
While this is my first official guide for Valentines allergy options, I’ve been following the offerings for many year and it’s so wonderful to see some expansions!
Allergy Friendly Options for Valentine’s Day at Disney World
Many of these may be friendly for your dietary needs, talk to a qualified Disney Cast Member for more info!
Epcot
Flourless Cake at Coral Reef and Le Cellier!- Gluten Friendly
This is likely a spin on the flourless cake they currently serve at Coral Reef. It is not labeled gluten friendly (none of the guide is) and available Feb. 14.
Hollywood Studios
New plant based Engagement Ring Cake at ABC commissary. This would be free from Egg and Dairy. Feb 11- Feb 14
Resorts and Disney Springs- Feb 1-28
Head over to some classic options for the allergy friendly community.
At Scat Cat’s Club Cafe and Scat Cat’s Club, you can get the Cinna-Hot Beignets made allergy friendly.

Ask for the allergy friendly beignet base (free from most major allergens and can be corn free- see all the details in this beignet post) and then double check the sprinkles, glitter and sugar drizzle. The sugar drizzle does not have dairy in it!

Then at Erin Mckenna’s there’s so many treats to choose from! Friendly heart shaped donuts, beet dyed pink cupcakes, brownie bars, giant cakes, and heart

shaped cookies.
And lastly the Dole Whip/Ice Cream swirl at Marketplace Snacks. The Dole Whip lists coconut, ad the chocolate soft serve lists milk, soy, corn and coconut. They didnt have the allergy details on the sprinkles or the strawberries.
