I’ve been on the hunt for this cupcake for several months! Since this is a specialty item, they don’t always have them in stock, and they are typically out when I come to check.

Ingredients, Ordering and Procedures
You’ll talk to a Chef or Coordinator and ask about desserts- specifically an allergy cupcake! This cupcake is made in house with their own recipe, and made using shared equipment with allergen procedures. This is very similar to the muffins at Boardwalk Deli and the Black and White at the Value and Moderate Desserts.
This is called the ‘special diets gluten free cupcake’. It is made with Rice, Tapioca, Ener-g egg replacer. This is considered top 8 friendly and no gluten.
Is this worth it? Yes! Especially if you are at Magic Kingdom and want a sweet treat! You can monorail over, take a break in the air conditioning, and then monorail (or walk) back in less than 90 minutes. This is a great spot for lunch too!
Price is 3.99 for two small cupcakes.

You can also find Enjoy Life cookies here, which are top 14 free and made in a dedicated facility. Or you can head to Erin Mckenna’s in Disney Springs, a dedicated allergy friendly bakery.
