When you travel, is it a nightmare to find restaurants that you KNOW will provide allergy-friendly food?
Sure, we’re used to dealing with confused restaurant managers, disappointing “alternative” menus, and doing endless research before going out to eat.
But….when we first went to Disney World in 2015, I didn’t know what to expect, even after what felt like days of research.
That’s when I started documenting Disney World’s restaurants and figuring out where to go. I put in the work ahead of time and kept improving our plan every year.
Now, 5 years later, I’m sharing the guide with other families who have food allergies but still want to experience Disney World to the max!
Disney World IS magical for food allergies BUT they aren’t perfect. And they also won’t tell you where to eat no matter how many times you call and email to ask about reservations.
Simply put, some restaurants are wayyyy better than others. This touring plan helps you make planning easy by showing you where to go!

What if I told you that you could eat, on vacation, without a kitchen of your own AND enjoy yourself?
It really is possible at Disney World to enjoy your vacation, spend time with your family (without being the ‘allergy freak’) and not worry about what you will have for your next meal.
You’re in good company!
My family all has food allergies too and it can be overwhelming when you think about all the possibilities. Thankfully we live within a quick drive of Disney World and use that to our advantage. You can do the same thing on your vacation!
This guide is designed with the best allergy friendly restaurants in mind!
Yes! We are passionate about updating this guide to make sure you have the best information available. This includes the newest parks of Toy Story Land, Pandora and Galaxy’s Edge.
Disney has *mostly* reopened their restaurants with the exception of a few quick serve options, and we’ve made updates to the guide with the current pandemic in mind.
