1900 Park Fare Character Breakfast Food Allergy Menu and Review (PHOTOS)

1900 Park Fare is one of those restaurants that you hear a lot about because it’s in such a cute location! Located in the Grand Floridian Deluxe Resort, It’s easy to access by taking the monorail from Magic Kingdom ( and soon you’ll be able to walk!)

Plus, the Grand Flo is geared towards princess’s with it’s own Bibbidity Bobiddity Boutique and Photopass area (any can use it and we certainly did!)

But let’s get back to the matter at hand- our meal at the restaurant and what we ate for our allergy-friendly breakfast!

The Scoop on the Resturant

So it’s located in the Grand Floridian, specifically on the bottom floor.

I grabbed reservations the night before (I see them pretty frequently) and arrived to check into the waiting area.

In the restaurant lobby, you’ll find chilled POG juice, which is also what you’ll be served at the table. In case you haven’t had it before, it’s pineapple-orange-guava, and it’s insanely popular at Disney World Resorts and on the Cruise Line. We’ve had it at quite a few restaurants, most recently at Tusker House.

The Characters!

We got the full workup today- FIVE characters! This certainly isn’t the norm at most character meals (the majority you get 4 sometimes 3) so my little one was spoiled by the attention.

First up we got to meet the ever-charming Mary Poppins. She was the only one we got to see twice this morning and she was a delight. Much better than waiting at Epcot to see her (don’t even get me started on how crazy it is there)

Next up was Alice, who was followed by the Mad Hatter. It’s always a good time to see them (and I had a blast with them at Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party!) They also have a kids tea party for ages 4-12, but I haven’t looked into the allergy options (they serve cupcakes)

Last, but not least, was pooh bear, and my little miss was so enamored that she held him for a solid 3 minutes- could have been 5 though.

OH and once you finish your meal, you exit through the double doors and you have a photopass opportunity with Tigger. This was absolutely adorable and there was no line which made it even better.

Overall, it was a very relaxed experience even though the restaurant was pretty full.

Food Allergy Eats

I’ve heard some pretty mixed reviews about the food- but I have to say, I was impressed!

Like always, they ask about allergies and if it’s an intolerance (no- it’s not.) then they gave me the buffet guidelines and I politely but firmly requested a chef.

I was served regular milk/cream on the table with coffee, which I quickly got rid of in lieu of some almond milk and POG juice.

The Chef was kind and thorough as we explored our options! Finally, I had found some Soy Free Namaste Waffles! As Mickey would say, OH BOY! They were delicious! (yes, all the exclamations are necessary because this has been a long sought after breakfast treat!)

the perfect consistency on these namaste mickey waffles!

Plus they’re were some Udi’s muffins in chocolate and blueberry, Katz donuts in glazed and cinnamon sugar, and some safe hashbrowns. She also brought some fruit as well.

If you’re avoiding milk, eggs, or animal products they had quite a few plant based items (including waffles you could get made from the chef that are the Golden malted Brand with soy flour)

little concerning that the fruit is next to boiled eggs.

Also- why the regular eggs next to the tofu scramble?!?

Allergen Menus

Keep in mind that this is just a starting point. You can certainly talk to a chef and ask them what they have in the back that might not be listed!

My thoughts

It’s a very cute restaurant, especially if you want something that’s more relaxed, don’t care about parades with the characters, and enjoy the characters (especially talking with them, because 3 talk and 2 don’t)

This wasn’t our most memorable experience, but it was cute fun and stress-free and I would definitely do it again.

As of right now, my top favorites for character dining would be

Breakfast- Trattoria Al Forno/ Topolinos Terrace

Lunch/Dinner- Garden Grill

You can see the full work up of Character Meals that I’ve personally been to.
