1900 Park Fare is open and ready for visitors with a Refreshed Menu and Characters! This review is from opening week, which means things are likely still being tested, so I’ll be back in a few months to make sure everything is still current.

Find this Character Meal at the Grand Floridian Resort. You can access this location by staying at the Resort, coming from Magic Kingdom, or coming from another area at Disney. Reservations are highly recommended, but walk up’s may be available.

This is a Buffet, and you can safely dine there with Food Allergies or Gluten Free, see this post for all the steps I take for safe dining. Scroll down to see the Review and Allergy Menu.

For the Breakfast Menu and Review, see this post from the same day.

For a Common Food Review on the Same day, see this 1900 Review from Florida Fabulous, who I met while taking pictures of the Buffet!

***As Always, this is my personal experience. You should check with Restaurant Staff to see if these items are available for You and Your food needs.

2024 Dinner Review for 1900 Park Fare while Gluten Free and with Food Allergies

Welcome to the refreshed 1900 Park Fare where all the Wish Makers gather. Inside there was an impressive buffet, but I chatted with a Chef and had my items brought in from the back to avoid cross contact.

To start I tried the ‘Wish Upon a Star’ drink. This didn’t have gluten or top allergens, but the Coordinator who showed me the ingredients said they couldn’t guarantee anything (the language is constantly updated at Disney around Allergy conversations)

Then a small side salad. I opted for the Citrus Vinaigrette, which I didnt like. It was far too oil based and had little flavor. Of course there were rolls, my favorite option found park wide, with whipped butter. 5/5 on those rolls!

For the Entree’s I tried several items. The Shrimp was nice, but bland by itself (it comes with cocktail sauce which I opted out of, but no top allergens or gluten in it!).The Mashed Potatoes were creamy and cooked to perfect.

The real winner was the Broccoli Slaw (contains Egg). I loved this option and enjoyed the unique and well balanced flavors.

Last was the Salmon which was perfectly cooked and flavored and the Prime Rib which was also enjoyable.

Dessert was last on the line up, and since this is All You Care to Enjoy, I’ll be starting with Dessert next time I go!

The Coconut Cake was absolutely heavenly and I wish it was served at other locations, but since it’s not, I’ll be back for it!

Strawberry Soup is a classic you can also get at Breakfast. It’s essentially Strawberry Yogurt that’s been sweetened and watered down.

Last was the Partake boxed cookies (these are dedicated Top 14 free) and warmed up Erin Mckenna’s Brownies (see more about Erin Mckenna’s dedicated gluten free and allergy friendly bakery at Disney World!)

Would I recommend?

I would, but I honestly prefered Breakfast if you just want the Characters. Dinner was nice, I LOVED the desserts, but for the price and time constraints, I can think of several other Character Dinners that I enjoyed more than 1900 Park Fare.

For Allergy and Gluten Free accommodations I do think this ranks in the top 5 and I appreciate that there is a full spread from appetizers, to entrees, to desserts for those with Multiple Food Allergies and varied dietary needs.
